We are a fast-growing company in the technology sector, currently preparing for a strategic exit. As we navigate this pivotal phase, we are seeking an experienced Interim Exit Support to lead the financial strategy and ensure a smooth transition during this critical period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the exit preparation process, including financial modelling and strategic planning.
• Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute an exit strategy that maximizes value.
• Implement robust financial reporting processes to support decision-making.
• Provide guidance on operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Liaise with private equity investors and potential buyers to facilitate the sale process.

Requirements:

• ACA qualified preferred
• Proven experience as a Exit Support or similar senior finance role, preferably in a PE-backed environment.
• Strong understanding of exit processes, M&A, and transaction support.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience managing due diligence processes and collaborating with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
