We are a fast-growing company in the technology sector, currently preparing for a strategic exit. As we navigate this pivotal phase, we are seeking an experienced Interim Exit Support to lead the financial strategy and ensure a smooth transition during this critical period.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the exit preparation process, including financial modelling and strategic planning.
Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute an exit strategy that maximizes value.
Implement robust financial reporting processes to support decision-making.
Provide guidance on operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Liaise with private equity investors and potential buyers to facilitate the sale process.
Requirements:
ACA qualified preferred
Proven experience as a Exit Support or similar senior finance role, preferably in a PE-backed environment.
Strong understanding of exit processes, M&A, and transaction support.
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
Experience managing due diligence processes and collaborating with external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
