We're seeking an
IT Site Support Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our
Service Delivery Manager, you will provide first and second line support for Forseven colleagues supporting the growth and development of the IT services and provisions. Working closely with the external service desk provider and the wider IT team you will be the physical presence fronting IT technical support and help maintain the company IT infrastructure.
This pivotal role will operate in an on-site capacity from our offices near
Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What You'll Do
- Managing any tickets allocated and prioritising based on business impact
- Troubleshoot IT issues in a positive and timely fashion
- Ensuring new starters or transfers to location are provisioned appropriately
- Ensure there is an adequate supply of IT-related stock for a business, such as cables, routers, adapters and any other equipment necessary for the functioning of their systems.
- Supporting projects across the organisation where appropriate

Who You Are
- Hold or be willing to work towards a related NVQ Level 3
- Full valid driving license is desirable
- Previous IT experience advantageous
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Basic networking knowledge.

- The ability to work one-on-one with clients as well as within a support team;
- The ability to break down an issue logically, providing a solution based on methodical problem solving;
- Being good at listening and understanding a technical issue to provide clear, unambiguous feedback;
- Having a steady and positive disposition, being patient with technical setbacks or time-consuming problems
- Confident & professional telephone manner
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadline
