Customer Relationship Officer

Fox Morris are working with Southwark Council in relations to finding a Customer Relationship Officer to start work ASAP!

Responsibilities

• To manage the Council’s responsibility with regards to customer relations surrounding works to the council’s housing stock.
• To ensure that relationships are developed at area and community level.
• To monitor customer care and relations and to propose appropriate corrective action as required to achieve customer satisfaction.
• To manage customer consultation events and processes

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

Pay: From £18.81 per hour

Experience:

• Complaints Officer/Complaints Assistant/Complaints Admin: 1 year (required)
• Housing/Social Housing/Fire Alarms: 1 year (required)
• Borough Of/Councils/Council/Local Authority: 1 year (required)
