Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Paisley. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring project efficiency, and implementing strategic plans to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Operations Management skills
• Experience in implementing strategic plans and optimizing operational processes
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the Fabrication or Construction industry is plus.
