HR Advisor Salary: £30,000- £35,000
HR Advisor hours: 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday

HR Advisor Roles And Responsibilities
- First point of contact for general HR queries
- Completing investigation procedures and providing advice on disciplinary matters
- Supporting with recruitment across all sites
- Conduct exit interviews will all leavers
- Support with payroll checks and queries.
- Monitor and report on key HR Data / KPI’s such as attrition rates, sickness absence etc.
- Keep up to date with changes in employment law to support in ensuring we remain compliant
- Employee relations and support colleague engagement activitie
HR Advisor Key Competencies
- Broad HR generalist experience
- Able to work at pace and multitask well
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Active listener
- Comfortable with IT and picking up new systems.
