HR Advisor

We are excited to be recruiting for a HR Advisor for a Nationally recognised client based in Blackburn, This is the perfect role for someone looking for a great team environment and work in an industry leading company.

HR Advisor Salary: £30,000- £35,000

HR Advisor hours: 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday

HR Advisor Roles And Responsibilities

• First point of contact for general HR queries
• Completing investigation procedures and providing advice on disciplinary matters
• Supporting with recruitment across all sites
• Conduct exit interviews will all leavers
• Support with payroll checks and queries.
• Monitor and report on key HR Data / KPI’s such as attrition rates, sickness absence etc.
• Keep up to date with changes in employment law to support in ensuring we remain compliant
• Employee relations and support colleague engagement activitie
  
  

HR Advisor Key Competencies

• Broad HR generalist experience
• Able to work at pace and multitask well
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Active listener
• Comfortable with IT and picking up new systems.
