The Law Practice
- We deal with Conveyancing, Will, Probates, LPAs and have a family department.
Your role within the Practice
- Answering the phones/ taking messages
- Office duties include opening new matters on our management systems, dealing with emails, filing, archiving, greeting clients, opening & scanning post and documents.
- Must be computer literate
- Assisting in compliance regulations
- Supporting senior colleagues but working very much as a team
Desired skills
- Local commute essential
- 4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's
- Confident with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage reception in conjunction with other administration duties
- Good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of ICT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate or gain a clear understanding of the firm’s in-house systems where training will be given

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
- This Apprenticeship will involve off the job training.
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role.
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months.
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
