Retail Salesperson Carpets and Beds

Gem Carpets and Beds is a family run Carpet and Bed Retail business with over 40 years of trading with 5 branches based in Staffordshire and West Midlands.

We have a vacancy for a Retail Sales Person and we would require the successful applicant to have the following skills:

Retail Sales essential- Experience of selling Carpets/Flooring essential

Computer Literate - essential

Able to drive - essential

Your Responsibilities:

• Work together with your store team to assist customers with their requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, helping customers with pre-sales queries and order
• completions, as well as post-sales and questions.
• Assist your Manager with store administration, housekeeping and assist with keeping the store tidy and up to date with all POS material.
• We’ll teach you all you need to know about products, ordering and stock system and give training on how to draw and cost a room.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
