Job Overview:

• MICE Expertise: Leverage over 5 years of experience in managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions
• Communication Excellence: Exhibit strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
• Handle large and small group travel arrangements, including conferences, incentive trips, corporate meetings, and exhibitions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for MICE clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Demonstrate extensive travel experience and up-to-date knowledge of popular MICE destinations
• Advise clients on destination options, logistics, and travel requirements, ensuring seamless travel experiences
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of extensive experience in handling MICE groups
• A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in negotiating with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other suppliers
• Extensive travel experience and destination knowledge are mandatory, with an understanding of up-to-date visa formalities for most countries
• Hands-on experience in costing, budget preparation, and financial management
