Job Overview:
MICE Expertise: Leverage over 5 years of experience in managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions
Communication Excellence: Exhibit strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions
Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
Handle large and small group travel arrangements, including conferences, incentive trips, corporate meetings, and exhibitions.
Act as the primary point of contact for MICE clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high-quality service delivery
Demonstrate extensive travel experience and up-to-date knowledge of popular MICE destinations
Advise clients on destination options, logistics, and travel requirements, ensuring seamless travel experiences
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of extensive experience in handling MICE groups
A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in negotiating with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other suppliers
Extensive travel experience and destination knowledge are mandatory, with an understanding of up-to-date visa formalities for most countries
Hands-on experience in costing, budget preparation, and financial management
