Personal Care Assistant

## Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or care homes. The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those they assist.

## Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and help with feeding if required
- Help with household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition

## Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to drive to clients' homes or care facilities as needed
- Experience in providing care within a home or care home setting is desirable
- Basic IT skills to maintain digital care records accurately
- Proficiency in English to understand and follow care instructions accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £12.86-£15.00 per hour
