Behavior Mentor
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £95 - £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP

Behavior Mentor to work with our client schools in Chesterfield.
Job Summary
As a
Behavior Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with behavioral challenges, helping them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement behavior management strategies.
- Work closely with teachers to foster a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress and behavior.
- Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure consistent support.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Behavior Mentor or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behavior effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Relevant qualifications or training in behavior management is preferred.
- Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
