Our client, a well-established professional recruitment company, specialising in permanent recruitment in Accountancy & Finance, Business Support, HR, Marketing, Creative & PR and Sales is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join the team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying and target new clients and nurture existing client relationships
• Win new roles and liaise with clients to take job details.
• Ensure accuracy of job descriptions and advertising
• Use a wide range of social media and other tools to source and attract candidates
• Screen and qualify candidates for roles (GDPR, Right to Work, Qualifications)
• Provide interview support and prepare candidates for interview
• Offer comprehensive feedback to candidates
• Establish a strong pipeline to achieve targeted placements
