Our client, a well-established professional recruitment company, specialising in permanent recruitment in Accountancy & Finance, Business Support, HR, Marketing, Creative & PR and Sales is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join the team on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Identifying and target new clients and nurture existing client relationships
Win new roles and liaise with clients to take job details.
Ensure accuracy of job descriptions and advertising
Use a wide range of social media and other tools to source and attract candidates
Screen and qualify candidates for roles (GDPR, Right to Work, Qualifications)
Provide interview support and prepare candidates for interview
Offer comprehensive feedback to candidates
Establish a strong pipeline to achieve targeted placements
