Ready for a leadership role? This is a brilliant opportunity to take your experience to the next level, leading the Workshop team to deliver technical solutions. You’ll be working closely with the Front of House team too, working with a wide range of colleagues to deliver market-leading services, and ensuring that every customer gets the best possible experience.
You’ll give all new starters the support they need to succeed during induction, and have ongoing accountability for performance and compliance, familiar as you are with GDPR and Health and Safety legislation. Already technically trained, you’ll use your expertise to allocate jobs to your team based on both the technical aspects and on customer demand. You’ll have what it takes to lead, inspire, mentor and motivate your team to deliver a service that wows your customers. A dab hand with customers, you’ll be able to clearly outline options and implications of work required.
In this role you need to be organised, as you’ll be maximising capacity in the workshop, working with the General Manager to implement an effective deployment plan. And with your team, you’ll deliver against sales margin and profit targets, as well as customer service metrics, setting the highest standards.
We invest heavily in training to give our colleagues skills to develop their careers, so whatever career path you want to follow and whatever pace you want to progress, we have the support here to help you make your ambitions a reality.
