About Us: Join a dynamic and leading retailer with a reputation for excellence in the market. We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Executive for an initial 3-month contract to oversee and execute various promotional activities, ensuring seamless delivery across all channels, for our client.

Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and delivering promotions for our client and their partner brands. You will work closely with the content team, designers, and email team to ensure that all promotional marketing activities are effectively coordinated and executed. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Task Management: Review and complete the task checklist to ensure all promotional activities are set up for the launch date.
• Collaboration: Work with the content team to create compelling copy, schedule email sends, and manage go-live processes.
• Content Creation: Write push notifications and marketing copy.
• Banner Coordination: Orchestrate the creation and implementation of banners.
• Terms and Conditions: Draft terms and conditions for promotions.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes for running promotions.
• Project Management: Handle multiple promotions simultaneously across all brands, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of promotions, providing updates to stakeholders.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Use proprietary programs alongside Google and Excel forms to manage checklists and track progress.
• Brief designers on email content, ensuring it aligns with promotional goals.
• Oversee the handover to the email team, ensuring the final delivery is polished and effective.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all promotional materials, ensuring they look good and sound right.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple promotions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in writing marketing copy and push notifications.
• Ability to brief designers and work collaboratively with content and email teams.
