JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Forecourt Operative is to:

Provide assistance within various aspects of the forecourt operation as required, to provide every customer with a memorable experience.

Forecourt Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dispense fuel to and serve customers.

Manage customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.

Replenish stock to ensure 100% availability; maintain rotation of products.

Ensure pricing accuracy.

Assist with the ordering of products and receive deliveries of shop stock/fuel.

Cash up tills.

Cleaning of shop and forecourt to the required standard, to ensure excellent presentation.

Complete an accurate (compliance) log of duties daily.

To be a key-holder for the store (in order to open/close the operation).

Skills & Requirements:

Smart appearance.

Numeracy

Excellent customer service skills.

Experience:

Desirable - Experience in a similar role.

Hours:

2 early shifts (05:45 - 13:45)

- 2 late shifts (13:45 - 22:15)

2 days off

Flexibility required to cover 42.5 hours per week Mon - Sun

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour
