Your new role
As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of a high-end apartment project in Bristol. You’ll oversee cost management, contract administration, and procurement activities. Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting
Conduct risk assessments and implement effective cost control measures
Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Procurement of circa 30 packages.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Surveyor role with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
High-end residential project delivery experience.
High level contract knowledge.
Strong procurement, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills
