Exam Invigilator - Nottingham

Hays Education are looking for Exam Invigilators to join their team on an ad-hoc basis. The role will be to work in schools across Nottingham during the exam periods throughout the academic year and shifts will be presented to you as and when required. Your new role

• Supervising students during exams to prevent cheating and ensure compliance with exam regulations
• Distributing and collecting exam materials
• Assisting with the setup of the examination room
• Addressing any queries or issues that arise during the exam
• Acting as scribe for SEND students when required
• Reporting any irregularities or breaches of exam rules
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to write legibly at a swift pace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Punctuality and reliability
• Effective organisational and time management skills
