As a KS2 supply teacher with Hays, you will be provided with all the necessary information to ensure you are comfortable with the position you are in, with regular after-care check-ins, ongoing support from experienced consultants and continued support in growth and development.
This exciting role allows you to be flexible in deciding when, where and how often you work. As a supply teacher with Hays, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents at some fantastic schools in Devon, and we aim to match you with the schools that suit you.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a relevant field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent certification
- In-class teaching experience within the last 5 years
- Right to work in the UK
- Willing to undertake a DBS check
- Able to receive calls or texts at 7am about supply needed for that day
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning
- Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and create an inclusive environment
