Design Technology Teacher
Salary: £165-250 a day
Job Type: Full Time
Contract length: September - Christmas with potential to become longer term
Monarch Education are representing a school who require a qualified Design Technology Teacher from September 2024. The role is suitable for ECT or an experienced Teacher looking for a change or step up. The current head of department is keen to find somebody aspiring to take on more responsibility and support with the leadership of the department.
This is a large Secondary school based in Somerset. The school has excellent facilities, great transport links and an on-site secure car park.
Qualifications/Experience
- ECT are welcome to apply
- British trained teachers and Overseas trained teachers who have eligibility to work in the UK will be considered
- QTS and QTLS applicants highly desirable
- Prior experience teaching Humanities to KS3, KS4 & KS5. KS4 & KS5 advantageous but not essential
- You can demonstrate high quality teaching and have the enthusiasm to push for excellent standards in your lessons
