RF Systems Engineer

Position Available: RF Systems Engineer

Location: Gloucestershire (Hybrid) & Dynamic Working Hours

Salary: Up to £58,000 Company Bonus & Comprehensive Pension Package

Experience needed: Experience of RF systems engineering within a complex, high-technology engineering industry e.g. defence, aerospace, automotive, robotics, electronics, manufacturing and similar. Ideally, you'll have exposure to RF technology across the full product lifecycle.

We currently have several vacancies available for systems engineers to work in our team who primarily focus on radio frequency technologies. In this role you will support the team in:

• RF / Microwave systems engineering
• System level RF modelling
• Requirements management and systems design
• Technical leadership of junior engineers
• Algorithm / Modelling Systems Engineering
• Digital Signal Processing Engineering
• Antenna Engineering
  
  

Any experience in any of the following is a bonus:

• Understanding of waveform design and implementation
• Managing external suppliers with procurement team support
• Experience participating in, or leading design reviews across the product lifecycle
• Experience of coordinating the transition of development hardware into production, including environmental testing, qualification testing and design certification
• System level functionality proving, Software / Firmware integration and proving
• Antenna design and/or EM modelling
• Familiarity of real-time digital signal processing for high data bandwidth systems
• Systems modelling and Autocode generation experience
