Front of House Staff Member

Hours: Full time hours - daytime shifts - 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Heron Farm is a family-owned vineyard in Weston, Honiton (www.heron-farm.co.uk), with a busy cafe on site. We are looking for helpers to assist our team with all Front of House operations. Previous experience in a similar position is essential. We are looking for someone to bring their experience and energy into our team.

The café has a capacity of up to 80 guests (inside, and outside in our beautiful walled garden and play park), and is open 7 days a week from 9am - 4pm.

We are now looking for staff to work under the supervision of the Front of House manager to deliver sensational service to our loyal customers. You must have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Ideally, you will have experience of:

• In a busy high-volume restaurant or coffee shop operation.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers
• Servicing customers and taking orders
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies
• Receiving and processing customer payments
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
