Hill Group is an award-winning 5-star housebuilder, creating a range of beautiful homes across London, the South East and South West.

We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to provide marketing support across the wider department and manage and maintain the Hill Residential website and other property portals and websites.

As part of our LEARN early careers programme, for this role you will work towards a Level 4 Marketing Manager apprenticeship qualification, followed by the Level 6, Marketing Executive integrated degree.

Role Scope:

  • To provide primary administrative support to the marketing team
  • To update the website weekly (both Group and Residential) to maximise development details and assets
  • To support and assist with the set-up of new developments in accordance with sales and marketing strategies and budgets through to launch of the sales office and show homes including interior design and installation logistics, landscaping arrangements, signage and presentation
  • Responsible for the inventory management and distribution of sales and marketing assets for live sites – brochures, incentive leaflets etc
  • Raising POs and administrative management to support budget reporting
  • Processing invoices in accordance with the scheme of delegation
  • Coordination and support of shipping logistics for overseas activity
  • Support the coordination of events across all live sites, supporting Group activity where required
  • Support the team with go-live activation and materials for new sales environments, and supporting existing sales suites where required
  • Image database management
  • Website optimisation ensuring current trends are captured in content included on the website
  • To support and assist with the production of all marketing materials
  • Support, assist and distribute all online marketing materials for both the UK and International sales operation
  • Support and assist social media activity
  • Maintain departmental trackers/reporting including Rightmove additional spend, weekly lead generation and reporting, case studies, launch trackers (both UK and overseas)
  • Ensure all platforms and portals such as Rightmove and WhatHouse are reviewed and updated weekly to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with photography and videography for pre-launch and international activity, throughout the life of scheme, including stock plots
  • Support coordination to deliver any offline marketing materials to support International Sales Team
  • Open sales operations in line with the companies Health and Safety policy.
  • Ensure Hill are promoted in the best possible light to maintain the Hill brand image
  • Coordinate the set up and completion of marketing related ISO forms and documentation.
  • Support and execute a prelaunch marketing campaign to drive visitors to the launch
  • Support and lead on the production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, adverts, hoardings and site signage, off-line leaflets and invitations, digital marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Support invoicing process to ensure timely payment of providers
  • Administer any/all purchase order numbers for marketing deliverables for projects
  • Negotiate preferential rates for deliverables on live projects
  • Liaise with a variety of internal and external contacts managing requirements and expectations to deliver finished product within deadline.

Success Measures:

Effective support and coordination of the following:

  • The overall sales and marketing vision and strategy for each new development, after acquisition through to sales launch.
  • The set-up of new developments from land acquisition, including preparation, sales and marketing strategies.
  • The sales launch of the sales office and show homes, including interior design and installation, landscaping, signage, and presentation.
  • The maintenance of developments
  • The management of external suppliers
  • Marketing activities to ensure a positive Health and Safety culture amongst the workforce and for potential customers
  • Marketing materials and on-site presentation to maintain the Hill brand image to ensure Hill are promoted in the best possible light
  • The pre-launch marketing campaign to drive visitors to the launch
  • Marketing activities through well planned and designed campaigns to ensure new visitor levels match required sales rates
  • Social media stories, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • The promotion of site-specific public relations stories and those increasing the Hill brand
  • The production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, adverts, hoardings and site signage, off line leaflets and invitations, digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Updating of the Hill website, including site specific websites and portals
  • All marketing activities to ensure they are delivered within set budgets
  • The control of set budgets throughout the life of the development
  • The achievement of the required lead generation, sales rates and maintain budgetary control

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Requirement for Maths & English Grade C / Level 4 for the apprenticeship qualification
  • Time Management able to prioritise multiple tasks & projects
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to set & achieve targets
  • Computer Literate
  • Self-Motivated and ambitious
  • Full UK Driver’s License (Highly desirable due to office location)
