Mechanical Estimator

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join our team with experiencein Air Conditioningand refrigeration. The Estimator will be responsible for analysing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

*Duties*

- Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine materials, labour, and equipment required

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects

- Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing

- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities regarding project costs

- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed

- Maintain records of estimates, contracts, and costs

*Skills*

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Excellent numerical and mathematical abilities

- Proficient in using estimating software

- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers

- Knowledge of cost control principles is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
