Overview:
We are seeking a part time skilled Office Administrator with accounts experience to join our small team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft packages, Sage Cloud or other bookkeeping software, confident telephone manner, and be prepared to offer support with marketing.
Business hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for max 20 hours which can be spread or condensed to suit, i.e. will look to accommodate school hours if necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages)
- Maintain office & PPE supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organise and schedule appointments & meetings.
- Use computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Support bookkeeping tasks using Sage Cloud software
- Provide clerical support to colleagues and management
Skills:
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to computerise tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in an office administrative role
- Skilful in data entry and record management
- Organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with Sage Cloud or similar accounting software
- Competent in various clerical duties
