The Role

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic trainer with a strong background working in either a finance or highly regulated industry to support our client with the delivery of face-to-face and virtual training.

The Person

• Expert Facilitation and Presentation: Proven ability to engage audiences effectively and deliver content clearly. Strong grasp of various learning theories and teaching styles.
• Virtual Training Experience: Proficient in conducting training sessions online, particularly through Microsoft Teams.
• Adaptable Communication: Skilled in conveying ideas clearly and concisely, with the flexibility to tailor communication strategies to suit different group dynamics.
• Agile in Changing Environments: Capable of quickly adapting to new circumstances while ensuring accurate and compliant delivery of procedures, products, and process information within a governance framework.
• Exceptional Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and proactively managing and prioritizing workload independently.
• Effective Stakeholder Management: Adept at building and maintaining relationships across all levels, including senior management.
• Strong Influencing Skills: Ability to persuade and motivate others to achieve desired outcomes.
