Interim FP&A Manager

Exciting opportunity as following a recent restructure our Northamptonshire clients finance team has meant that they are looking to appoint an interim Head of FP&A & an FP&A Manager to join them for a likely 6 month commitment.

These roles are highly commercial FP&A positions to manage/support B2B tenders, analysing large volumes of data & building financial models, KPI reporting on revenue as well as general business performance reporting. The roles will be managing the budgeting & forecasting process, 3-5 year business planning cycle, as well as supporting the wider business units, sales, marketing teams etc to tell the story behind the numbers.

Successful candidates will be fully qualified finance professionals who are ideally used to operating in interim roles & to quickly learn the nuances of a sometimes complex industry to build relationships effectively. You will be a self starter who is keen to do whatever tasks are required top to bottom level to ensure that information is accurate & presented intelligently to the MD, investors & wider business to ensure their continued growth & success.
