Operational Delivery Administrator - Apprentice

The Administrator Apprentice will play a vital role in providing administrative support for the GPA contract, assisting the Operations Delivery Lead with the Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) delivery for the GPA account.
Your support will be essential in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of PPM and Reactive tasks across the GPA account.
Job Description
As Administrator Apprentice, you will facilitate the process flow of communication between all key stakeholders, including WPSM, GPA HD, KAN, ISS HD, and subcontractors, to ensure timely task completion.
Additionally, you will assist managers with various ad-hoc administrative duties as required, such as contacting the helpdesk, providing work order updates, liaising with suppliers, collecting data, and chasing evidence documentation.
