Operational Delivery Administrator - Apprentice

Location: Staffordshire, ST1 5PZ

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Permanent

The Administrator Apprentice will play a vital role in providing administrative support for the GPA contract, assisting the Operations Delivery Lead with the Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) delivery for the GPA account.

Your support will be essential in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of PPM and Reactive tasks across the GPA account.

Job Description

As Administrator Apprentice, you will facilitate the process flow of communication between all key stakeholders, including WPSM, GPA HD, KAN, ISS HD, and subcontractors, to ensure timely task completion.

Additionally, you will assist managers with various ad-hoc administrative duties as required, such as contacting the helpdesk, providing work order updates, liaising with suppliers, collecting data, and chasing evidence documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support PPM and Reactive operational delivery across the GPA account
  • Support the process flow of communication between all key stakeholders ie: WPSM, GPA HD, KAN, ISS HD and subcontractors to ensure task completion
  • Support managers with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required, for example: contacting helpdesk, providing WO updates, liaising with suppliers, data collection, chasing evidence documentation

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Qualifications or certificates to demonstrate minimum level 2 in English and Maths, or higher level relevant to the job role (data, administration, business studies, etc) or considerable experience in the sector with industry certifications gained in the workplace
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a variety data sets, and systems to ensure a full overview of performance
  • Has experience of working with various systems and associated MIS
  • Has experience of working in quality, compliance and support
  • Ability to work well as part of a growing team in an ever-changing environment
