Electrician

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Heating company, dedicated to enhancing the living conditions of Commercial properties. We are expanding our permanent network to provide top-notch electricians to meet the growing needs of our clients.

Contracts cover mainly commercial buildings such as EPDs, Sports pavilions, Offices, Schools etc.

As a Multi-Skilled Electrician, Your Duties Will Include

Electrical Maintenance: Conduct routine electrical maintenance to ensure systems are

functioning optimally.

Building Services Maintenance: Maintain and repair various building management systems.

Heating and Hot water control systems: Repair, replace and install

Renewables: PVs, ASHPs Service and maintain, repair, replace and install

Lighting: Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems.

High and Low Voltage: Work with both high and low voltage systems.

Rewiring: Perform rewiring tasks as necessary to update or repair electrical systems.

AHU (Air Handling Units): Maintain and repair AHU systems.

FCU (Fan Coil Units): Maintain and repair FCU systems.

PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance): Carry out planned preventive maintenance

activities.

Installation Power: Install power systems and components.

Reactive Maintenance: Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues promptly.

Qualification And Education Requirements

Fully Qualified Maintenance Electrician: Candidates must possess City and Guilds or NVQ Level

3 Qualifications.

Driving Licence: A clean driving licence is mandatory.

18th Edition Certification: Candidates should be certified under the 17th or 18th Edition of the

IET Wiring Regulations.

City & Guilds approved 2391-52: Inspection and testing

Maintenance Experience: Ideally, candidates will have maintenance experience within a

commercial organisation, preferably with a service provider.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Experience: Demonstrated ability in various maintenance tasks is

highly valued.

Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for

effective interaction with team members and clients.

IT Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in using common IT tools and software.
