We are seeking a Skilled Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction disciplines such as masonry, roofing and concreting. If you are a hands-on individual with a passion for building and creating, we want to hear from you!
JSD Engineering & Construction Ltd are a small, family run business that has been trading for over 23 years and we are rapidly expanding.
We have offices based in Trawden, Nr. Colne and Accrington, but work is carried out on sites throughout the North West, for which transportation will be provided for travelling to site.
We are looking for a number of experienced staff, who have a passion about what they do and pride in their work. We have exceptionally high standards and this needs to be reflected in the work carried out. Must be able to be a team member or work alone.
Duties:-
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete construction projects
- Execute masonry work for building foundations and walls (inc. extensions) for both Residential & Commercial clients
- Work on roofing projects including repairs and installations
- Carry out concrete base installations
- General Groundworks
Experience:-
- Proven experience in masonry, roofing and concreting
- Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to interpret plans and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Knowledge of safety protocols in the construction industry
- CSCS card would be preferable, but not essential
