Job Title: Finance Business Partner - 12 month FTC

Salary: 80k bonus

Hybrid: 2 days in 3 from home

Job Description:

• Producing detailed cost and headcount forecasts by working closely with the business translating their strategy into financial plans.
• Providing explanations for cost variances against plan through a detailed understanding of business and cost drivers.
• Supporting the Business to optimise operations and drive financial performance.
• Clearly presenting ‘the story’ to a range of stakeholders and contribute to ExCo and Board packs.
• Reviewing and challenging the impact of investment programmes and understanding how the outcomes and benefits impact on business-as-usual activity.
• Drive continuous process improvement, supporting the delivery of more timely, impactful financial analysis.

Person requirements:

• Proven experience in a Cost Business Partnering role
• Experience of developing meaningful relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders whilst providing independent review and challenge.
• Qualified accountant (or QBE)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience of being able to produce and present complex financial information concisely.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
• A strong team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to use own initiative to formulate own ideas and opinions.
• Experience in a fast-paced and agile environment with the ability to look for efficiencies and implement new processes as the business evolves.
