We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to take a key role in planning, executing, and optimising our online marketing strategies. In today's fast-paced digital landscape, promoting products and services through online channels is vital, offering significant growth opportunities for companies like ours.

The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and technology, with a creative edge and a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts. You should be skilled at leveraging the Internet to drive revenue growth in a B2B environment. Tech-savvy and innovative, you'll bring fresh ideas to enhance our marketing campaigns.

As part of our small, dynamic team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of activities beyond traditional digital marketing, giving you a well-rounded and diverse marketing experience. No two days will be the same, offering you an exciting and varied role.

Requirements

As a digital marketer, you'll need to:

  • Build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing plan working with the Marketing Manager
  • Manage all digital marketing channels - LinkedIn, Google Ads, X, PPC etc
  • Measure ROI and KPI's to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
  • Create new web pages and landing pages, optimise the user experience through our website, and manage the delivery of small website projects
  • Upload copy and images for the organisation's website - Wordpress
  • Build email marketing campaigns
  • Design digital banner ads and adverts
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
  • Keep up to date with current digital trends, latest technology and best practices
  • Assist with lead generation activities
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement


Digital Marketing Executive Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role in a B2B environment
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing plans
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Experience using canva, adobe suite of products and wordpress
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
