Job Purpose This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a team of credit hire validation specialists to investigate credit hire claims. The successful candidate will have joint responsibility for triaging new referrals which come into the validation team and to consider all relevant factors which determine if the referrals are retained. In addition, you will be responsible for inputting specific data on to Keoghs Intelligence Database.

Key Accountabilities
Acknowledging new instructions, initial assessment of manual and automated referrals.
Liaising with the Credit Hire file handler surrounding the retention of associated files.
Liaise with clients to report on all identified fraud concerns following initial review of all manual and ADA matches.
Obtain additional information and/or documentation from the insurer client to further progress associated files.
To identify Key information from all files retained within the team and to accurately enter the relevant data in to Keoghs Intelligence Database.
Follow up on outstanding instructions and other actions to ensure that responses are received within required timescales;
To ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations
Accountable for sending formal requests for disclosure
Working Hours
35 hours per week worked 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive with 1 hour for lunch
Qualifications
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Essential Skills and Attributes:
Some experience of working within a legal environment or alternatively holds an appropriate qualification
Strong organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise their workload
Able to effectively work to set deadlines
Demonstrable experience of ;
Dealing with calls and enquiries from customers, suppliers and clients.
Gathering and recording information
Effective communication skills verbally and written
IT Literate;
Proficient in MS Office (notably Excel, Word and Outlook)
Experience of using a Claims/Case Management system.
GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English
Technical Knowledge To Be Developed
Ability to understand and identify credit hire fraud concerns
Ability to understand credit hire in general
Awareness of Client SLAs in relation to time and process
Understand the data protection act and implications for business practices
Technical Skills To Be Developed
Ability to extract and update information within a case management system and apply it appropriately to the case
Ability to ensure the accuracy of MI and claim information
Ability to review files and utilise all relevant information
