MEP Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our M&E Division based in Yorkshire.

Location: Yorkshire

Contract: Permanent, Full Time.

What will you be responsible for?

Are you looking for the next step in you're career? As a Project Quantity Surveyor you'll be working within the M&E Division delivering a key M.O.J Project.

Your Day To Day Will Include

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

• Experience from a similar role within the construction industry.
• Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
