We're looking for Site Managers to join our Residential Solutions Team based in London
Location: West London, Site based
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery of projects, managing the site and the site teams.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Ensure successful delivery of your assigned projects, on-site through the effective co-ordination and management of site-based resources including directly employed operatives and subcontractor personnel.
- Ensure compliant site set up, including establishment of compliant compound, welfare, temporary works and security measures.
- To deliver the assigned project from pre-commencement to completion, achieving completion on time and on budget and in a safe and quality focussed manner by empowering and guiding site teams.
- Implement SSoW in line with CHSP and monitor daily to ensure compliance at all times.
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- Significant experience in site management of projects of significant value.
- Experience in delivering Energy Company Obligation works.
- Demonstrable experience of leading site teams effectively,
- Strong communication skills, ability to engage and motivate site team to deliver project outputs safely, to programme and budget
- Experience of delivering projects under NEC and JCT contract conditions
