Main Purpose Of The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and the online growth of our brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive online traffic, increase conversion rate, and grow our e-commerce sales and social media presence. You will work closely with our creative, design, and marketing teams to create compelling digital data-driven campaigns that will drive business growth in both direct online sales and through our social media channels.
The 4 main purposes of the role will be to increase sales through our website, grow our social media presence, manage the SEO, all paid marketing, and email marketing.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost eCommerce sales and online brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and improves search engine rankings.
- Manage, grow, and update social media platforms.
- Analyse website traffic and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to enhance the user experience and conversion rates.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, including segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.
- Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and programs.
Desired Skills
- Experience working in eCommerce, social media, and paid marketing is critical.
- Proven track record of growing e-commerce sales and social media presence.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Ability to analyse multiple data sources and draw out key trends and highlights.
- Data-driven mindset and strong in content management and website merchandising.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
- Shopify competent.
- Strong attention to detail.
