Waitress/Bar Staff

We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and providing general assistance to customers. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Explain menu items to customers.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Answer customer questions about menu items and specials.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure that all tables are properly set up and cleaned.
• Keep track of customer orders and payments.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
