In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, medical, and market access teams, as well as the Business Unit Head, to execute strategic priorities and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Adapt global brand strategies to local market dynamics and lead the development and management of strategic and operational plans.
Create impactful marketing materials and execute engaging promotional campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and local guidelines.
Support the training of Key Account Managers on brand-related topics, enhancing the sales force's knowledge and effectiveness.
Utilize market insights and customer interactions to identify new marketing opportunities and elevate the quality of the brand plan through cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
University degree in a relevant field (science, medical, or commercial).
Minimum of 2 years of brand management or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Expertise in localizing global brand plans and developing tailored operational strategies.
Strong capability in leveraging market insights and digital strategies for business growth.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive business objectives.
