HGV Municipal Mechanic

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person within the Plant/HGV/Machinery sector.

Candidates with experience of Diesel engines, Hydraulics, Rotating drives, electrics most welcome to apply product training in specific areas will be provided.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with mechanical aspect of the building of new tanker equipment.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

· Carry out test procedures.

· Provide product support and warranty repairs nationwide

· Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance and test activities

Skills:
- Strong mechanical auto electrical and hydraulic aptitude
- - Experience in equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to fabricate parts using appropriate tools and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance
- Effective communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
