Lead Theatre Practitioner to join a dynamic Theatre team in a leading private hospital in Great Missenden. This exciting role comes with a

As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, You'll Be Responsible For
- Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
- Supporting, coordinating, and managing care within the operating department.
- Providing clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care.
- Leading patient care during specified periods or lists.
- Ensuring patient safety checks are carried out according to policy.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Developing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Promoting best evidence-based practice within your scope.
- Applying legislation, policies, and procedures correctly.
- Achieving agreed objectives and demonstrating company behaviours at all times.

The Ideal Lead Theatre Practitioner Will Have
- Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
- A post-registration qualification relevant to a functional specialty (e.g., Advanced Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant).
- ILS certification.
- Major Orthopaedic experience.
- Previous experience in an acute healthcare environment.
- Experience in supporting and leading a clinical team.
- A mentorship qualification (desirable).
