As a Residential Deputy Manager, You Will
- Monitor the wellbeing of residents
- Ensure staff are supported and trained
- Promote independence and well-being for residents
- Provide leadership and management
- Conduct staff supervisions and support team development
- Work 48 hours per week, with 2 shifts on the floor and 2 supernumerary shifts

To be successful as a Residential Deputy Manager, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Deputy or Senior Care Assistant in residential care homes for older people
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher
- Strong knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding, and the MCA
- A commitment to putting people first and promoting their well-being
