We are looking for a new HLTA/Cover Supervisor member to enable us to support growth and learning. We are looking for individuals that are passionate, enthusiastic and committed to a career within education and childcare.The successful candidates will work alongside and support the class teachers across the whole school to ensure that the children you are supporting are accessing the curriculum and making positive progress in all aspects of their learning. You will liaise closely to ensure that effective support is delivered, during class or play.About Lime Tree Primary SchoolOur School sits within a newly established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. The children, staff, parents and governors have all embraced the mission statement that is summarised in the strap line ‘Learning Together to Achieve Success’.What we are looking forTo ensure effective teaching following the teacher’s planning so children learn as effectively as possible.
Clarifying and explaining instructions.
Ensuring the resources support the learning and the children are able to use equipment and materials provided.
Motivating and encouraging the children as required by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with learning tasks as appropriate to children’s needs.
Be interested in a career within the school setting and working with children.
Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.
Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team.
Be a confident and clear communicator.
