Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for management accounting and reporting for a subset of entities within the Link business. Including P&L with accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements
- Monitor and support the cash management team with daily financial operations.
- To review the intercompany transactions, ensuring related parties contra the positions.
- Process payroll entries for assigned countries.
- To manage the AP and AR teams working on the assigned countries via a shared service centre. To make sure everything has been processed in a timely manner with correct allocation.
- Maintaining accounting records, ensuring that financial controls and procedures are adhere to by the AR and AP teams and sales teams.
- Liaise with local tax and accounting specialists within each country on specific requirements ensuring to reconcile to the accounting system.
- To support local accountants with VAT returns, annual filings, and local audits.
Key Skills And Qualification
- minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Ability to produce accurate and timely management reports
- Previous experience on D365 is advantageous
- Familiar with UK/EU VAT
- Familiar with foreign currency transactions
- Experience of intercompany and multi entity organisations
- Well-versed in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Team player, pro-active, who enjoys challenges and a can do attitude.
- Can work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast growing company
