Welder/Fabricator

Our client is a leading design, engineering, and manufacturing firm specializing in luxury vehicle components. Join our team as a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Welder.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal parts to high standards.
• Work with various materials like steel and aluminum.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Finish components as needed for quality.
• Use a range of tools effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in sheet metal work and precise welding.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
• Interest in CAD/CAM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with flexibility.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional and proactive attitude.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fabricator/Welder.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication machinery.

Additional Information:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Plenty of overtime available after 12 week probation completion and as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£18.56 per hour
