Sous Chef

Sous Chef - £17.03 per hour - Temporary (1 month) - Hackney, London.

A college based in Hackney is looking for a Sous Chef to start ASAP. This is a temporary role to start aspa and will pay £17.03 per hour. Standard hour will be 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

Purpose Of Joh Role

• To keep the kitchen and back of house areas in clean,hygenic state at all times to company standards.
• To ensure the kitchen has a constant flow of clean equipment to see it through the day and night.
• To keep a safe environment for yourselves and for your colleagues in the process of your job
• To follow the cleaning schedules and complete to a high standard under the supervision of the senior chef in your area
• To work as a mojor part of the kitchen brigade in helping the procedure a cleanliness quality of excellent standard
• To be trained in COSHH and follow the procedures for chemical usage at all times.
