Electrical Product Manager / Category Manager – Peterborough- Up to £65k Bonus

A leading electrical brand are looking for a Category Manager / Electrical Product Manager to support the development and growth of their new IoT smart products. Based in Peterborough, they are a household brand with a wide range of products across homeware and electronics, and due to continued growth are expanding their teams.

As their Category Manager, you be working with a team of 6, and will be working closely with product developers, senior stakeholders, marketing and the rest of the team to manage all current and future product launches from iteration to launch, with the role being both strategic and tactical in nature with a focus on quality.

What they’re looking for in you?

• Strong background in Product Management in verticals including hardware, electrical, and homeware. (This is NOT a digital product role)
• To be the driving force behind new product development. You will be responsible for taking ideas which have passed Innovation stage all the way through to release and introduction to the market
• Working closely with stakeholders, validating the business case and outlining the Product Design Specification.
• Proven experience growing sales and margin across a range of existing and new products to market.
