Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with a passion for supporting effective project delivery? We are looking for an enthusiastic Assurance Administrator to join our Assurance Team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Partner – Assurance and a dynamic team of consultants and auditors to ensure the seamless implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS) across the business.


Key Responsibilities:


Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Energy, and Information Security.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001) and maintain certifications, including planning and coordinating audits.

Collaborate with site operational teams to schedule audits and ensure findings are captured for analysis and reporting.

Organise monitoring and sampling visits efficiently, aiming to minimise travel and maximise resource use.

Track and respond to customer feedback, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and reported to management.

Drive continuous improvement of the IMS by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and resolve deficiencies promptly.

Additional Responsibilities:


Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Partner – Assurance, assisting with tasks and other project-related duties.

Manage general administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, organising meetings, handling enquiries, and preparing reports.

Schedule meetings, take minutes, track actions, and distribute key documents as needed.

What We’re Looking For:


Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

An understanding of ISO management system standards is beneficial, though not essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in office administration, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
