About The Role
Your responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting new, skilled professionals in the healthcare sector. This entails utilizing online platforms as resources, communicating with healthcare professionals through phone and video calls, organizing and prioritizing your workload, and cultivating a thorough understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Attraction- Create enticing jobs adverts, posting across various platforms and managing applicants. Efficiently screening leads and developing relationships with new candidates. Speaking with candidates to conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess for suitability.
- Offering Jobs- Able to promote jobs and core business values to candidates through direct marketing and communications. Use of effective customer service skills to understand the candidates needs and expectations.
- Working Efficiently- Utilize and update in-house CRM system in line with company process.
- Compliance - Complete paperwork timely and accurately in line with company, client, and legislative requirements, maintain a robust filing system and accurate documentation, and adhere to the company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence.
- Feedback and Development- Look for new and innovative ways to source candidates and identify areas that processes can be improved.
For This Role You Will Need

- Previous recruitment or sales experience would be an advantage but not essential

Basic Salary of £22,000 to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience.
