Job Description
Providing legal advice and support on a range of matters.
Contributing to policy development and advocacy efforts.
Engaging with members to understand their needs and provide appropriate advice.
Working collaboratively with other departments within the organisation.
Representing the organisation at external meetings and events.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in agricultural law and regulations.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Supporting the broader goals of the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Adviser should have:
A degree in Law or a related field.
Experience in environment, public or litigation law or another related area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Dedication to supporting the not-for-profit sector.
