JOB MISSION

Our internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover our brands, our company and to get familiar with our

business’ specificities. As a Digital & E-Retail Intern you will be part of the consumer engagement team and

will report to the E-Retail Content & Activation Manager. You will be liaising with the consumer engagement,

brand and sales teams across our business and will have the opportunity to make an impact by driving brand

desirability and conversion across our portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities Of The Role

Content & Activations

Support on the adoption of MHUK E-Retail kits, to help our E-Retailers increase conversion while allowing us

to maximise and elevate our brand presence.

Rollout packshots and product descriptions, ensuring our brand content is aligned, updated and elevated

across E-Retailers, and liaising directly with customers to send them bespoke assets when needed.

Collaborate with brand managers to ensure all guidelines are applied and that key marketing messages are

highlighted.

Brief campaigns to our internal graphic designer and liaise with brand teams to get approval.

Support the E-Retail Content and Activation Manager in identifying key growth opportunities across

specialists, grocers, Amazon and department stores.

Amazon

Provide administrative and operational support to the team including reporting, monitoring and optimising

our listings and content.

Launch, maintain and refresh content across Amazon including A content, brand stores & PDPs.

Support on search campaigns including campaign creation, launch, optimisation and visibility checks.

Brand compliance

Ensure compliance and best practice for all content including locally created photography, assets and copy.

Use the E-Monitoring Centre to monitor and enhance our brand presence online and liaise with Account

Managers and customers to continuously improve.

Administration & Team Support

Build harmonised team calendars and reports and share throughout the business.

Identify opportunities for transversal working and shared learnings.

Provide ad hoc support for key projects across the team.

Professional Experience & Know How

  • Relevant degree level education or previous work experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Can do attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
