Job Description

We're seeking a talented CNC Turner to join one of our prestigious clients based inDerby!

Youll utilise your expertise to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency. Work with state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills will be valued and your contributions recognised.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!

What Youll Be Doing

• Set and operate CNC lathe to produce components to specifications
• Work to production requirements and schedules
• Load raw materials onto the machine and remove finished parts
• Interpret engineering drawings
• Select appropriate cutting tools and attachments for each job
• Make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers etc
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  
  

Hours

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay

£29,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Skills/Experience Required

• Previous CNC Turning / Lathe experience is essential
• Able to interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
