Job description
Objective
Applications are now welcome for the role of Clinical Lead at Kincairney House, Perth.
Our care home has an excellent local reputation for high quality care and offers dementia and physical disability nursing care packages in beautiful, modern surroundings.
The role is a permanent, full-time contract working 38.5 hours per week, providing support mainly days, but night shifts when required.

As Clinical Lead, you will review, manage and monitor care plans and medication records. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.
Skills, Experience and Qualification
The successful candidate will be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or a Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable.
The Clinical Lead will also demonstrate the below attributes:

· Excellent written skills, highly organised and conscientious with detail
· Comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met and adhered to.
